Mammy’s cuisine
All Italian love their mother’s cuisine, and they often praise her specialties: lasagne, tagliatelle, roast chicken, pizza. Mammy Mara’s cooking is just like that - genuine, prepared with love and long experience; for more than twenty years she has cooked meals for her children and for all her guests ... who are a little like her family!
Just like at home, meals have flexible hours, so that we can meet the needs of all our guests, from the youngest to the oldest.
A delicious starter buffet will open lunch and dinner: vegetables, salads, delicacies and warm appetizers. It will be followed by our daily menu. Our dishes are made with products and flavours from both Umbria and Romagna: lasagne alla romagnola, pasta alla norcina , pasta with fish sauce, piadina with squacquerone cheese and rocket salad, selection of cheeses served with jam and honey, grilled fish or meat.
Finally, every evening you will look forward to tasting our desserts!
